Assessment Login Issues
First Troubleshooting Step: Clear Browser Cache & Retry
Sometimes login issues are caused by saved browser data. Please try the steps below:
- Close all open browser tabs and windows.
- Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history
- In most browsers, you can do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac).
- When prompted, choose to clear Cached images/files and Browsing history.
- If asked for a time range, select All time.
- Completely close the browser after clearing the data.
- Reopen the browser and click the original assessment link again.
If the issue continues:
- Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
- Or open the link in an Incognito/Private window.
- If possible, try using a different device.
